A company is looking for a Lead Salesforce Functional Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Write requirements using various modeling approaches and perform impact analysis
- Configure and maintain custom objects, workflows, and integrations within Salesforce applications
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure data integrity and develop customized reports and dashboards
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience or Master's degree with 6 years of experience
- 5+ years of experience in a Business or Technical Analyst role, preferably in commercial functions
- 5+ years of IT experience, including support of integrated systems and Salesforce.com
- Strong functional configuration skills in Salesforce
- Basic knowledge of database architecture and best practices for BI reporting
