Lead Salesforce Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Salesforce Functional Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Write requirements using various modeling approaches and perform impact analysis
• Configure and maintain custom objects, workflows, and integrations within Salesforce applications
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure data integrity and develop customized reports and dashboards

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience or Master's degree with 6 years of experience
• 5+ years of experience in a Business or Technical Analyst role, preferably in commercial functions
• 5+ years of IT experience, including support of integrated systems and Salesforce.com
• Strong functional configuration skills in Salesforce
• Basic knowledge of database architecture and best practices for BI reporting
