Lead Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Lead Software Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Scale platforms by balancing a consolidated codebase and microservice flexibility
• Collaborate with Product and Development teams to build new features and solve complex problems
• Apply project management skills and develop new concepts that impact other teams

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience, preferably with Ruby on Rails
• Strong object-oriented design and analysis skills
• Experience building REST APIs and microservices
• Strong understanding of common design patterns
• Experience with React.js (or similar Javascript framework) and CSS, along with MySQL knowledge
