Lead Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Software Engineer (Payments) to develop a shared payments platform within their core architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of a shared payments service architecture on AWS
• Integrate multiple third-party payment provider APIs to ensure a seamless payment processing experience
• Mentor and lead a team of software engineers, promoting best practices in .NET and React development

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on building and scaling complex web/backend systems
• Expert-level proficiency in .NET/C# development and designing RESTful APIs
• Strong knowledge of cloud architecture on AWS and experience with containerization/orchestration tools
• Hands-on experience integrating with third-party payment gateways or financial APIs
• Thorough understanding of security and compliance standards, particularly PCI DSS
