Lead Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Software Engineer to lead a team of developers in building advanced web applications and automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, design, develop, test, and deploy applications while overseeing the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Lead technical discussions, mentor the development team, and ensure adherence to industry best practices
• Coordinate efforts across multiple teams and participate in enterprise-wide architecture forums

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field with 6 years of experience, or an Associate's degree with 8 years of experience
• Minimum of 5 years experience with relational and NoSQL databases
• Experience leading Software Engineering teams in Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery models
• Proficiency in modern application development frameworks and cloud technologies
• Experience in using tools like Jira, GitHub, and Azure DevOps
