Lead Software QA Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Software QA Analyst (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Mature the PMLC/SDLC processes and conduct tool analysis for improvement
• Plan, design, implement, and maintain a system-wide audit program to ensure compliance with standards
• Conduct internal consistency checks and prepare QA reports for senior-level presentations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field, or 4 additional years of relevant experience
• 8 years of experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with a focus on quality controls
• Functional knowledge of Agile, Spiral, and Waterfall methodologies
• Experience with Quality/Process Improvement best practices and Quality Gates in SDLC
• Ability to manage and track small to medium complexity projects independently
