Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Solutions Analyst (EHR Support).

Key Responsibilities

  • Mentor team members and assist in training, ensuring adherence to service delivery guidelines and performance indicators
Required Qualifications
  • 3-4 years of practical experience supporting and troubleshooting web-based software applications
  • Strong understanding of business processes within long-term care or medical facilities
  • Experience using diagnostic tools such as Kibana and App Dynamics
  • Demonstrable experience in a leadership role
  • Formalized approach to problem-solving; certification in Root Cause Analysis is an asset
