Key Responsibilities
- Represents the organization's mission and fosters connections with students and alumni
- Assists in strategic planning and development of digital student community programs and clubs
- Monitors online forums and tracks student success data to ensure high engagement and satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related discipline
- Two years of experience leading a student community with user engagement and project management
- Excellent technical skills using Office 365 products
- Experience with reporting platforms such as Salesforce, Tableau, or Power BI
- Master's degree in a related field is preferred
