Key Responsibilities

• Develops, validates, documents, and maintains business and functional requirements
• Transforms business requirements into SQL statements and analyzes data to triage issues
• Assists in the support of the core commercial mortgage servicing and accounting platform

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience
• 5-7 years of IT-related experience, such as Business Analysis or Quality Assurance
• Intermediate SQL and Excel skills
• Ability to work within an Agile methodology
• General business knowledge
