A company is looking for a Leadership Development Manager responsible for the strategy, development, and implementation of leadership programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Articulate the vision and strategy for leadership programs targeted at faculty, staff, and medical students
- Oversee the entire program lifecycle, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with strategic goals
- Hire, supervise, and mentor program staff while managing project teams and partnerships
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree required; preferred fields include Education, Organizational Development, or related areas
- 8 - 10 years of related work experience in learning, program management, or leadership development
- 1 - 3 years of supervisory experience
- Experience with healthcare, academic medicine, or nonprofit organizations
- Extensive knowledge of leadership products and services, with a track record of entrepreneurial growth
