Job Summary
A company is looking for a Leadership Development Program Leader responsible for planning and managing leadership development programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging training programs for faculty, staff, and students using instructional design principles
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver leadership programs and oversee program planning, budgeting, and marketing
- Conduct evaluations and implement process improvements to ensure program quality and relevance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Education, Educational Technology, Instructional Design, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- 8 - 10 years of related work experience, with 1 - 3 years managing a specialized program
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and engage diverse stakeholders
- Familiarity with rapid development tools is a plus
- Experience with programming in academic medicine preferred
