A company is looking for a Leadership Corporate Developer.
Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate leadership capabilities across all organizational levels
- Deliver leadership training classes and workshops to team members
- Develop and enhance training program designs, including lesson plans and training aids
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Communications, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field preferred
- 5 years of training experience required
- 3 years of experience designing and delivering leadership development programs required
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and facilitation best practices
- Executive coaching experience or coaching certification preferred
