A company is looking for a Learning & Development Manager Radiology.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver comprehensive strategic training plans and learning journeys for Customer Squads
- Architect the evolution of training strategy to support business transformation and new solutions
- Drive the consistent application of the Competency Model to relevant stakeholders within the Customer Squads
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience in business, marketing, or relevant discipline with applicable adult learning/sales training experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of the Radiology business and related strategies
- Detailed understanding of clinical workflow and the Radiology ecosystem
- Strong project management experience and ability to prioritize effectively
