Job Summary
A company is looking for a Learning and Development Project Manager II (Associate).
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop instructor-led training (ILT) materials and e-learnings for new AH IT systems
- Collaborate with SMEs to create clear and engaging training content from complex system processes
- Manage multiple training deliverables while ensuring timely and high-quality output
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) required
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in designing e-learnings, videos, and ILTs for Learning & Development, Manufacturing, or IT
- Proficient in Articulate Storyline, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Microsoft applications
- Experience in project management to handle multiple deliverables and meet deadlines
- Portfolio showcasing training materials is required with the application
