Job Summary
A company is looking for a Learning and Development Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Researches, develops, schedules, and delivers learning for new initiatives and processes to enhance employee performance
- Facilitates virtual and on-site training for new employees and existing teams, including company orientation
- Designs learning materials in various formats and manages projects from inception to completion
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (required)
- 3 years of commercial insurance industry experience (required)
- Experience with curriculum development and instructional authoring technologies (preferred)
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications
- Experience navigating, configuring, and administering a Learning Management System (LMS) (preferred)
