A company is looking for an L&D Specialist in Home Care.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver virtual instructor-led training sessions for onboarding and mentorship of Home Care Acquisition Manager and Customer Success Manager teams
- Monitor training effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to ensure learning objectives are met
- Collaborate with L&D and leadership to develop and maintain training materials aligned with best practices and business needs
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of sales training experience or equivalent
- Experience delivering remote training for new hire sales teams of 10-12 individuals
- Proactive educator skilled in fostering a conducive learning environment
- Experienced in conducting virtual training and presentations
- Proficient with MS Office and Google product suites
