Learning Designer - ELT

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning Designer - ELT (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with content creation teams to develop instructional design and content plans
• Review analytics on previous product editions to understand user behavior and make recommendations
• Maintain cross-project documents and ensure adherence to quality learning standards

Required Qualifications

• Educational degree or professional certification in instructional design or learning design
• Minimum 5 years of experience in crafting ELT or ESL educational products
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Dedication to continuous professional improvement and learning
• Master's level education or teaching experience in ELT is preferred
