Job Summary

A company is looking for a Digital Learning Experience Developer/LXP Developer/Learning Experience Designer.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and configure the LXP platform, ensuring it meets learning needs and organizational goals
• Develop engaging digital learning content and resources using various formats
• Analyze learner data to improve learning experiences and generate usage reports

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in instructional design, digital learning, or LXP development
• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Experience with LXP platforms and content creation tools
• Familiarity with Life Sciences regulations or standards
