Job Summary
A company is looking for a Learning Experience Designer to support performance enablement and learning development across multiple internal organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage learning content in various modalities, including instructor-led sessions and asynchronous objects
- Facilitate training sessions and manage content within development hubs while collaborating with stakeholders
- Create instructional outlines, define measurement strategies, and ensure cohesive learning experiences
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience/training
- Knowledge of training methodologies, instructional design, and learning management systems
- Experience with training-related applications such as Keynote, Rise, Vyond, and Zoom
- Experience in integrating AI tools into instructional design is a plus
