Learning Experience Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning Experience Designer to support performance enablement and learning development across multiple internal organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage learning content in various modalities, including instructor-led sessions and asynchronous objects
• Facilitate training sessions and manage content within development hubs while collaborating with stakeholders
• Create instructional outlines, define measurement strategies, and ensure cohesive learning experiences

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of related experience
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience/training
• Knowledge of training methodologies, instructional design, and learning management systems
• Experience with training-related applications such as Keynote, Rise, Vyond, and Zoom
• Experience in integrating AI tools into instructional design is a plus
