Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field
- Experience designing digital learning and enablement programs using tools like Articulate 360 or Adobe Creative Cloud
- Ability to leverage AI and learning analytics in the design and delivery of learning solutions
- Strong portfolio demonstrating learner-centric design and measurable business outcomes
- In-depth knowledge of IT technologies and sales enablement best practices
