Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill and knowledge gaps and set aligned learning objectives
- Develop effective and engaging learning content, including eLearning modules and instructor-led training
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and validate technical content for accuracy and relevance
Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of experience developing training materials for technical or systems-based solutions
- Proficiency with instructional design tools, including Articulate Storyline and Rise 360
- Familiarity with UKG Pro (formerly UKG Dimensions)
- Experience designing training for enterprise software or technology platforms
- Skilled in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word for instructional content creation
