A company is looking for a Learning Management System (LMS) Manager to oversee and optimize their learning platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer the LMS, managing user access, course uploads, and system updates
- Collaborate with teams to publish and manage learning programs and certifications
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and generate training reports
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience as an LMS Manager or similar role in learning technology
- Experience with enterprise LMS platforms (e.g., Absorb, Intellum, etc.)
- Familiarity with eLearning standards such as SCORM and xAPI
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in generating learning reports
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
