Key Responsibilities

- Evaluate training across portfolios for completeness and strategic impact
- Provide technical supervision and mentorship to instructional designers
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Technical Communication, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or training portfolio management focused on technical products
- Deep understanding of enterprise training ecosystems and instructional design best practices
- Strong working knowledge of multimedia tools, SCORM, and LMS/LXP platforms
- Proven ability to design learning strategies for varied delivery formats
