Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple new account setup projects for lease administration, ensuring effective integration of services
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to implement onboarding processes and manage project scope, timeline, and budget
- Monitor quality control activities and manage lease database migrations, facilitating discussions between client technology teams and third-party partners
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of five years of experience in lease administration operations or project management
- Ability to analyze complex real estate lease documents and portfolio data
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of process analysis and lease administration processes
