A company is looking for a Legal Executive Assistant.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research and gather information related to legal queries, contracts, and compliance
- Manage the calendar and schedule of the General Counsel and EVP, including travel arrangements
- Prepare and organize legal documents, presentations, and facilitate communication between departments
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an executive assistant or paralegal
- Strong understanding of legal terminology and procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
