Licensed Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Architect to develop construction plans for wood framed residential projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to gather and understand project requirements
• Lead the development of design phase documentation including construction documents, specifications, and drawings
• Prepare schematic design, design development, and construction documents while collaborating with clients and consultants

Required Qualifications

• Degree in architecture
• AIA license (NCARB licensure preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in architecture with multi-disciplinary teams
• 3+ years of experience with Revit and proficiency in AutoCad, Grasshopper, Dynamo, and Power BI
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking and presentation skills
