Job Summary
A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Therapist IV to provide therapeutic services and support to patients and families.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a range of therapeutic services, psychoeducational programming, and behavioral interventions to assist clients in achieving treatment goals
- Assess and diagnose mental health and/or substance use disorders through evidence-based assessments
- Provide clinical supervision to team members seeking licensure and mentor graduate students during internships
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Master's Degree, Ph.D., PsyD, or EdD in Mental Health, Social Work, Counseling, Substance Use Disorders, or a related field
- Five years of experience post-licensure, with specialization in child and adolescent behavioral health
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 3 months of hire
- Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) certification within 6 months of hire, including in-person training for non-violent crisis intervention
