Job Summary

A company is looking for a Care Coach - French Bilingual.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate member needs and respond to caregiver inquiries
• Provide one-on-one coaching and emotional support to caregivers
• Educate members on available resources and assist with care logistics

Required Qualifications

• Active license or certification in relevant field (e.g., LSW, RN)
• Bachelor's degree in nursing, psychology, social work, or related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience in caregiver support or healthcare settings
• Bilingual proficiency in French/French Canadian is required
• Ability to work with diverse populations and manage multiple tasks efficiently
