Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Strategy Manager for Provider Product.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the expansion of the provider-facing digital product and platform
• Collaborate with product teams to integrate clinical input throughout product development
• Analyze product performance and improve clinician engagement and satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Licensed clinician with 8+ years of post-graduate experience (LCSW, LMHC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent)
• Experience in clinical quality, strategy, healthcare operations, or developing EHRs
• Demonstrated passion for redefining behavioral health quality
• Experience in health plans, health systems, or value-based healthcare startups
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
