Key Responsibilities
- Utilize real-time, warm inbound pre-screened leads for sales
- Provide unbiased product recommendations by comparison shopping among top A-rated carriers
- Engage in high-volume sales during peak seasons while maintaining performance metrics
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; telesales experience preferred
- Must possess or obtain an active Life, Accident, & Health resident insurance license before the start date
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Job stability and a track record of career progression preferred
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer required
