Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from existing customers addressing service needs while also selling insurance products
• Assist customers with billing issues, policy changes, inquiries, and claims
• Ensure compliance with sales requirements during customer interactions

Required Qualifications

• MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE LIFE/HEALTH INSURANCE LICENSE
• Customer service experience
• Call center experience
• Life insurance sales experience
• Must reside in MI, IN, WI, FL, GA, NC, SC, or TX
