Licensed Project Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Architect V.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the project team through all technical and production aspects from pre-design to completion
• Lead the integration and development of technical aspects and ensure compliance with project quality standards
• Coordinate with all disciplines to align design aspirations with client goals, budget, and schedule

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 10 years of related professional experience, including 5 years in construction documentation and 3 years in construction administration
• Current Architectural Registration in the United States
• Preferred CDT and LEED accreditation
• Advanced knowledge in discipline and business acumen
