Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular observations of staff during clinical sessions and provide feedback
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement quality initiatives
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and prepare for audits
Required Qualifications
- Certified Speech Language Pathologist or Teacher of the Deaf with a minimum of 8 years of professional experience
- Experience in an educational or clinical setting is required
- Experience in teleservice is preferred
- Experience mentoring and training is required
- Knowledge of education regulations, standards, and best practices
