Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and confidential documents for audit readiness
- Process license and appointment requests in line with state and carrier requirements
- Monitor and record employment status changes and ensure system updates reflect current licensing status
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of administrative experience
- High School diploma or GED required
- Knowledge of state licensing/compliance rules and carrier appointment processes is a plus
- Reliable and self-motivated; able to work independently and within a team
- Must be able to handle pressure and shifting priorities with professionalism
