Job Summary
A company is looking for a Financial Benefit Analyst to support financial analysis related to clients' group benefits programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft accurate market exhibits for quarterly and annual meetings
- Analyze client utilization reports and identify opportunities for plan design changes
- Act as lead on RFP process during the annual marketing cycle for select clients
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Math, Accounting, or related field preferred
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office products and intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel required
- Minimum 3+ years of cumulative industry experience
- Life & Health license required
- Experience in the healthcare industry preferred
