Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the end-to-end email production process, including setup and execution of email and SMS campaigns
- Compile and update dashboards of Lifecycle Marketing KPIs and analyze trends for optimization
- Collaborate with campaign managers to implement, QA, and edit email templates within various platforms
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in digital marketing or lifecycle marketing
- Experience with project management platforms like Clickup, Asana, or Basecamp
- Hands-on experience with email service providers such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or Hubspot
- Understanding of web analytics tools like Google Analytics
