Key Responsibilities
- Own the strategy and execution of lifecycle marketing programs to enhance user journeys and drive key metrics
- Analyze performance data to derive insights that inform marketing strategies and optimize user engagement
- Lead the development and management of email and SMS campaigns aimed at increasing product engagement and conversions
Required Qualifications
- 6-8+ years of lifecycle marketing experience in high-consideration environments
- 2-3 years of experience managing and scaling high-performing teams
- Deep expertise in HubSpot; familiarity with Braze or Iterable is a plus
- Proficiency in email and SMS marketing automation
- Basic working knowledge of SQL and HTML
