Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Operations Manager to oversee marketing strategies and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement email, SMS, in-app, and other marketing campaigns aligned with business goals
- Manage end-to-end email/SMS development, ensuring excellence in coding, QA, audience segmentation, and monitoring
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements and produce engaging, personalized campaigns
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in email development, ESP/CRM management, and/or lifecycle marketing
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation/ESP & CRM platforms
- Strong knowledge of HTML/CSS fundamentals and SQL or other database technologies
- Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
