A company is looking for a PD Designer, Literacy (Contractor).

Key Responsibilities

• Execute work plans as directed by the Professional Development team and manage deadlines
• Create high-quality professional development session resources to improve instruction and student achievement
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth logistics for professional development planning and execution

Required Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree
• A minimum of 2 years teaching experience preferred, ideally in grades PreK-5
• Experience in a start-up or fast-paced environment
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Ability to develop coherent, actionable strategies
