Key Responsibilities
- Manage LMS configurations, user roles, and provide technical support
- Upload and maintain eLearning content, ensuring compliance with standards
- Generate reports and analyze data to improve training programs and user engagement
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Technology, Education, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field
- 2+ years of experience administering a Learning Management System (LMS)
- Experience with LMS implementation and integrations with HRIS platforms preferred
- Understanding of e-learning standards (SCORM, xAPI, AICC)
- Proficient with data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
