Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator to manage and optimize its LMS platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage LMS configurations, user roles, and provide technical support
  • Upload and maintain eLearning content, ensuring compliance with standards
  • Generate reports and analyze data to improve training programs and user engagement
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Technology, Education, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience administering a Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Experience with LMS implementation and integrations with HRIS platforms preferred
  • Understanding of e-learning standards (SCORM, xAPI, AICC)
  • Proficient with data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
