Key Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, and manage the Learning Management System (LMS) within the organization
- Scope, build project milestones, and design cutover processes while training users
- Oversee the RFP process, vendor management, and collaboration with IT and business stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Strong project management skills and experience
- Knowledge of learning management systems and their functionalities
- Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
