Job Summary
A company is looking for a Processor Assistant to provide administrative support in the Processing Department related to loan file setup.
Key Responsibilities
- Setup new incoming loan files and review application documents for completion and accuracy
- Order various documents and ensure regulatory compliance for loan files
- Maintain communication with Home Loan Specialists and update lender exclusionary lists
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 1-2+ years of related experience or general administrative office experience
- Direct experience in the mortgage industry preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to pass a criminal history background check
