• Manage daily operations related to loan sales
• Prepare direct offers, daily loan auctions, and closing packages
• Communicate with bank partners, providing customer service and support

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 2+ years of professional experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel
• Experience with documentation and customer service
• Prior exposure to legal agreements is a plus but not required
