Loan Servicing Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Servicing Representative (Remote) to manage customer accounts and assist with collections.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform recovery efforts on delinquent accounts and engage with customers to resolve deficient balances
• Review and monitor delinquent accounts daily, ensuring compliance with established guidelines
• Document all account activities and notify management of accounts needing additional attention

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• Zero to three years of collections experience or equivalent education and training
• Experience in the finance or credit industry is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required
• Familiarity with automobile finance and collections preferred
