Loan Workout Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Workout Associate to support the Debt Settlement/Recovery Team in Unsecured Lending Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support in collection portfolio data initiatives to reduce delinquency and restructure loans
• Research credit or account information and perform skip tracing on problem loans
• Identify opportunities for process improvements within the Loan Workout area

Required Qualifications

• 6+ months of Loan Workout, Commercial Lending experience, or equivalent
• Understanding of company policies, procedures, and collection systems
• Ability to collaborate and consult with peers and managers
• Experience working with vendor management related to debt settlement
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
