Logistics Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Logistics Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all shipments for assigned plants, including load tendering, tracking, and issue resolution
• Develop and maintain relationships with carriers, brokers, shippers, and receivers
• Monitor loads during transit and ensure timely deliveries while addressing any problems that arise

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school graduate or equivalent
• Proficiency in using MAC computers and Microsoft Office Suite or Google Suite
• Experience with logistics, transportation management systems (TMS), and enterprise resource planning (ERP)
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekend coverage as needed
