Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Quality Assurance Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality assurance review of peer review reports and ensure compliance with client specifications
• Verify clinical citations and references, ensuring they are current and from reputable sources
• Assist in resolution of customer complaints and provide insights on consultant quality and compliance

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program or related medical experience
• Minimum of two years of clinical or related field experience
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and general computer operations
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
