Job Summary
A company is looking for a Mergers & Acquisition (M&A) Integration Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
- Support M&A integration initiatives and ensure team preparedness for future acquisitions
- Analyze existing processes and incorporate insights from prior acquisitions in collaboration with business systems consultants
- Develop detailed documentation and ensure effective execution of M&A integration efforts, particularly with Workday HCM
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED equivalent or higher with a minimum of eight years experience in back-end business systems, or a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of five years experience
- Experience with M&A HR systems, including integration and implementation efforts
- Expertise in large-scale Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions such as Workday
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with sponsors, business partners, and M&A teams
- Strong project management and organizational skills
