A company is looking for a Mac Support Technician.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide onsite, email, and chat support for end-user MAC and Windows systems and applications
- Troubleshoot requests remotely via phone, email, or remote technologies
- Support Microsoft Office applications for Mac and Windows users
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience with MAC OS X and iOS
- Minimum of three years in troubleshooting end-user hardware, software, and network connectivity
- Proficiency with JAMF and broad knowledge of technology hardware and software
- Thorough knowledge of peripherals in an enterprise environment
- Experience with iPhone models thirteen or higher
