Machine Learning Infrastructure Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data & ML Infrastructure Architect to lead the technical vision and architecture for machine learning systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the architecture of the ML data infrastructure for scalable data ingestion, storage, and access
• Design infrastructure to support petabyte-scale machine learning workflows and continuous training pipelines
• Establish data governance and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate infrastructure with user workflows

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of software engineering experience with architecture-level ownership in ML or data infrastructure
• Proven experience in designing ML platforms for large-scale training and inference workloads
• Deep technical knowledge in distributed storage and high-volume data pipelines
• Strong knowledge of Linux systems, Python, and performance-oriented languages like C++
• Experience in hybrid environments, including bare metal, HPC, and public cloud platforms
