Machine Learning Tech Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a ML Tech Lead (with GenAI and Bedrock).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 5-10 engineers, driving the roadmap for machine learning projects
• Design, develop, and fine-tune LLMs and other machine learning models for business applications
• Architect and manage scalable ML solutions using AWS services, ensuring best practices in cloud infrastructure

Qualifications

• Proven experience with LLMs and NLP frameworks (e.g., Hugging Face, OpenAI)
• Strong expertise in AWS Cloud Services
• At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role within ML/AI
• Hands-on experience with Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and model optimization
• Familiarity with MLOps tools and best practices
